Testimonials

Mary Alice Domenica, Phd. is the most gifted piano and voice teacher I have ever met. Not only is she an accomplished musician, but a truly great and patient teacher. My daughter had had piano lessons before, but never seemed to take to it. But when she started learning from Mary Alice, there was a dramatic change, not only in my daughter’s ability to play the piano, but in her sudden love of learning music... She also teaches voice, which is what I love the most. She brought out this big, powerful voice I never knew my little girl had. Now when I see my 9 year old daughter singing and playing the piano, it fills me with awe and pride. Mary Alice is a true talent.
— Susan Shin, mother of two
Mary Alice is an exceptional piano teacher. Our children are 4 and 8 years old and they love piano lessons. Mary Alice makes it fun for them while actually teaching them piano. We appreciate so much having piano and music in our children’s lives and the way Mary Alice teaches, the kids are excited and eager to play. She is so responsive to emails, calls and questions. Honestly, I can’t imagine a more perfect teacher for my very active children.
— Dr. Laurie Schulwolf, mother of two
Mary Alice taught my two kids for a little over a year, and we could not have asked for a better 1st experience. They were beginners when they started, but Mary Alice’s kind and determined teaching style turned them into eager intermediates in less than a year... I strongly recommend Mary Alice to anyone with young children.
— Catrin Grote, mother of three
The best piano teacher ever! Dr. Domenica teaches using a special method that prevents hand and arm pain. She is great with advanced students, and has experience teaching all ages and all levels. She is a professional in the music field yet relates with the aspiring pianist, encouraging growth and success. It is obvious that she loves music
— Michele Meyer, mother of five
